Mark Novak is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (L.M.H.C.) in the state of Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Clinical Psychology from Barry University. He has worked with children for over ten years: as a Competency Restoration Trainer for minors involved in the legal system; as a Juvenile Court Assessment Counselor which involved adolescents detained in the juvenile center; as an ESE Family Counselor where handicapped children and their families at both the elementary and middle school levels learned skills to strengthen their academic success; and as a Middle School Counselor in a private school with responsibilities to implement the guidance curriculum, and conduct individual programs to meet their educational needs. In addition to working with children, Mark also worked as a behavior specialist in the Florida State mental health system.

Edward (Chip) Hwass attended Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts for Mass Communications and University of Central Florida for Electrical Engineering. He worked in the real estate and mortgage business for over 25 years. He owned his own mortgage business, Edward R. Hwass, Jr. & Assoc., Inc. Mortgage Bankers and Reeves Realty of Florida, Inc from 1983 to 1991. From there he moved into entertainment, heading Frontline Entertainment, Inc. and Progressive Media, Inc., as well as owning The Community Video Store in Orlando, Florida from 1996 to 2002. In 2001 he reintroduced himself to real estate as Vice President of PJ Custom Homes, Inc. building custom homes in south Florida. In 2003 he opened The Peace River Land Company in south Florida, a real estate holding and Brokerage Company. Presently he is the President, co-founder and co-owner of The Prenatal Preschool, Inc. Prenatal Preschool™ is a prenatal, auditory, in utero neural stimulation Early Enrichment System. He is also the Vice President and Director of Scholarship relations at Prestige academy. Prestige Academy is a developmentally-paced preschool for children with special needs.

Paul Novak holds a Batchelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Systems Management from Florida Institute of Technology. After working in the space program at Cape Kennedy for five years, he made the transition into sales and then marketing by building and selling entrepreneurial ventures. Ten years experience in real estate franchising provided the expertise to establish a national network of regional sales managers, product development specialists, customer service and support personnel for his real estate service network. After successfully selling this business he developed real estate and built custom homes in the Central Florida area for the past fifteen years. As the parent of a developmentally delayed daughter, he has embarked on a new career to change the lives of special needs children through his Prestige Academy and PreNatal Preschool™ Programs.
